Shipping Policy
Every Glitzstone order is prepared with care so that receiving your jewellery feels as special as choosing it.

Order processing
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will normally begin processing on the next working day.
If an item requires a longer preparation period, this will be stated on the product page
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent using ROYAL MAIL .
Standard delivery: 2 – 3 working days
Express delivery: 1 – 2 working days
Free delivery: Orders above £200
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Delivery Address
You may use any residential or workplace address in the UK where the carrier can hand over the parcel personally. This does not include a military address, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes.
Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us at hello@glitzstone as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.
Delayed or Missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please email us at hello@glitzstone.com and we will help investigate the delivery with the carrier
