Changing Your Mind
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it.
After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the item.
To start a return, contact hello@glitzstone with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Exchanges
Where stock is available, we are happy to offer an exchange for an alternative eligible item.
Please contact hello@glitzstone.com before returning your jewellery so we can advise on availability and the process.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@glitzstone.com with your order number and photographs where helpful.
We will work with you to arrange the appropriate refund, repair or replacement.
Return Condition
Please return jewellery with reasonable care, together with its original packaging and accessories where possible.
Return Postage
If you choose to receive Glitzstone news, collection launches, styling inspiration or special invitations, we may contact you by email or other electronic communication.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link within our marketing emails or by contacting us.
We will never sell your personal information to advertisers.
