Our Jewellery

We aim to describe and photograph every Glitzstone piece as accurately as possible.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and screen settings. Natural stones and materials may also contain individual variations that contribute to their character.

Product dimensions, materials, plating and care information will be provided on the relevant product page where applicable.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website and include applicable UK taxes where required.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

For international customers, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these are the customer’s responsibility.

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these terms.

When you place an order with Glitzstone, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. This email is an acknowledgement of your order and does not mean that your order has yet been accepted.

Your order is accepted, and a contract between you and Glitzstone is formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation confirming that your jewellery has been shipped.

Before dispatch, we may be unable to accept an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we are unable to accept your order and payment has already been taken, we will let you know and issue a full refund using your original payment method.

Payment must be made using one of the methods shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not normally receive or store complete card details.

Delivery options, estimated times and charges are displayed on our website and/or at checkout.

Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

Eligible UK consumers purchasing online generally have the right to notify us that they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving their goods, without giving a reason. They then generally have another 14 days to return the goods.

Certain exceptions apply, including some personalised products and sealed products that are unsuitable for return for genuine hygiene or health-protection reasons once unsealed.

Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.

Jewellery is delicate by nature. Care instructions provided with our products should be followed to help maintain their appearance and condition.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper storage, exposure to chemicals or failure to follow reasonable care guidance may affect the appearance or longevity of jewellery and will not necessarily amount to a product fault.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods were faulty when supplied.

The Glitzstone name, branding, website copy, photographs, graphics, product imagery and other original website content belong to Glitzstone or are used under licence.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

You must not misuse our website, interfere with its security or functionality, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material or use our content for unlawful purposes.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including rights that cannot legally be excluded under consumer law.

Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

We will not be responsible for delays caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay affects your order, we will communicate with you and explain the available options.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers elsewhere in the UK or another applicable jurisdiction of any mandatory protections they may have under local law.
